Classes stop from 26/05/08 (monday) to 06/06/08 (friday) due to the common test coming up. So those people studying in NP, please study hard and do well for your common test hor!
and do check this blog often if there are any changes made.
Classes will be most probably resume after the common test week.
But rehearsals for Rp and Studio Wu will stil continue so performers take note of the trainings on the calendar ya?

Sorry for the last minute notice but there will be prac for TBG today (23/5/08) from 9.30pm - 11.15pm @ studio 16. *venue might change to Studio 73 as Class D is cancelled.

priority is in the performance
so for those who have practices that clash with class (even if it's self prac)
it's okay if you dont go for class becos there's not much time left
so please go for your pracs and reh eh?

Hahaz... We're sure most of you have been waiting for this long awaited event rite?
We happy to announce that our post production party has finally arrived!
Date: 22nd May 2008, Thursday
Venue: St. James Power Station's Dance Club
Time: 6:30 Entry
*Food and drinks will be provided by St. James Power Station
The theme for this year's party would be, Street style! (Hip Hop)
Also to add on, we'll like to strongly emphasize that only covered shoe is allowed and there is a restrict to berms and shorts..
So we hope to see all fully dressed on the day itself cox prizes would be given to the best male and female dressers...
ALSO, we'll like to make it clear that the party is only for our new batch of Junior and onwards...
Which means there will be no admission admitted to the current freshie batch... Sorry about that... =)
*Ps Those below 18 yrs of age (Birth Date) will have to leave the club at 11 sharp... This is due to the restrictions of the club itself, so hope all of you will cooperate... Thx!

Hey peeps~
Here's some house rules to abide by during the audition
1. Please keep your noise level down
2. Please refrain from walking in and out of the studio when not necessary
3. Please dont hang around the back of the studio and dance when the audition is going on, cos the choreographer is teaching in front so show some love and respect for them ya?
4. When the committee is announcing the results, please let them do their job and keep your noise level down
5. Last but not least, show support to your lovely freshies

1. TBG tickets
for those who are going for TBG
fredy has been very nice to help us reserve tickets and it's only at $20 each(O.P : $25)
but only tickets that are ordered before friday is at $20
so people!
please send me your names by wednesday(7/5/08) night latest thurs(8/5/08) evening(6pm) so that i can collate the number and let fredy know so that he can do the bookings

*Note: A standard fee of $4 will be collected at the end of the class

Scholarship (:
Application for the NP Sports Scholarship for AY 2008/09 is now opened to eligible NP students who are Singapore citizens or Singapore PRs. Selection for award of the sports scholarship ,valued at $1,500 will be based on the following :
1) Level of performance and outstanding achievement in sports competitions
2) Contributions as a student leader to the Polytechnic's sports programmes
3) Academic performance with a minimum GPA of 2.5
4) Financial need.
All application forms should reach Mr Tan by 30 April 2008 ( Wednesday ) .
Short-listed applicants will be required to attend an interview ,scheduled in mid May 2008.
For those who are interested to apply, you all can approach Mr Tan at his office for more details of submission of forms.
