Hey peeps
Please take note of some minor changes to the performers for BTG and Fantasy
The pairings for BTG is up and Ann have added in two more pairs
Also, the pairing for Grilfriend is out so to all who are inside the item, please have self prac to ensure that everyone knows the step and the flow of them item before Friday's session with Ann so that she will only need to go through formation with us
For those are are new to their items, please learn the steps and self prac sessions before Ann sees any of the items on the respective rehearsals dates and before the full run thru on Friday
Ann will be seeing all the items for 22nd Dec performance on:
Date: 30/11/07 (Friday)
Venue: Studio 73
Time: 8.30pm SHARP(which means all stretching has to be done and all are ready for rehearsal :D )

Next up is the rehearsal for the OraQuick event on Wednesday(28/11/07)
Organisers coming again to view the item so everyone involved should be warming up and running thru by 730-8pm
Reporting time for the actual day (Thursday 29/11/97) itself would be:
Time: 10am
Venue: Studio 73
Excuse letters will be given before the day itself so do look for me if you do not have a copy
The bus will pick up up from school at Block 1 at 11.30am so before that we have to get our makeup ready and do a few runs before going over
Marking of stage will be avaible once we are there but there will be no music until we are allowed to(you know, office area~)
So~
Anyone who cannot turn up for any rehearsals please inform me via sms (94248448) so that you will be accounted for ya?
Till then, hope that everyone can cope with the rehearsal, common test and FYP stress

Hey peeps
As we all know, Common Test is round the corner
SO~
Classes will stop with effect from 26/11/07(Monday) and will resume on 17/12/07(Monday)
HOWEVER~
Those who are involved in upcoming performance are still reqiured to turn up for rehearsals ya?

Meanwhile, study hard for your tests :D

O School is having their very owm production O School Dance.Recital
Details for the event will be as follow:
Date: 1 Dec 2007
Time: 7pm - -10pm
Venue: The Pavilion on the Square
Tickets: $12 @ oschool, $15@ door

There's a performance coming this Wednesday (14/11/07) at the Convention Centre
This event is organised by the Halogen Foundation Singapore, supported by Mediacorp and hosted by Ngee Ann so the school has asked for us to perform for this event

So any of the groups who wishes to mark the stage before the actual rehearsal may do so
Performance time for Wednesday will be scheduled at 1pm so please report to Studio 73 by 11am
Excused letters will be given

and our dear hannah needs 10 volunteer videograhpers on the 21 NOV WED 4.30 - 8PM
no excues letters will e given BUT 2 cca points would be given if you offer your help

3. STUDIO USAGE FOR FUNKA GROUPS

the time has finally come for the groups to have a fair share of the studios
now
we are entitled to our own studios 73 and 16 AND the studio in gymwerkz
so calling out to the funka group leaders
pls confirm your booking with me via email or sms by WEDNESDAY(7/11/07) (so that i can confirm with mr tan and we can start the system on Thursday)
ITS THE LAST CALL FOR ALL LEADERS!!!!!
i will send the finalised schedule via mail to ALL LEADERS
each group will be given 2 hours per session and the number of sessions you can have will be subjected to changes

so anyone of the alumnis in your group can identify themselves as an instructor so that you guys can use the studio

1.your group's name or leader's name
2.from what time to what time
3.the dates that you would like to use
4.which studio you are using
once you have chose your slots, it will be fixed.
so please include the times that you would use the studio for your self pracs also
sorry for the inconvenience (because there's too much groups)

hello performers for bishan park (clean and green week)
please take note of the followings:
FRIDAY
Transport will be arranged to bring NRA over to Bishan Park from Blk 16 (NP).
The bus will leave NP at 5.30pm.
The bus will return from Bishan Park at 7.30pm to NP.
and hence, NO EXCUSE LETTER WILL BE GIVEN :D
SATURDAY
Transport will be provided on Saturday and we are sharing a bus with Magnum Force
The bus will leave the school at 4pm
So please meet up at 3pm at Studio 16 for your self prac ad last run first brfore proceeding to bishan park ya?
* 3.30pm to 4.00pm - Chinese Dance Group
* 5.30pm - Magnum Force (cheerleading) at entrance of walkway to main tentage - to welcome PM Lee
* 6.00pm - PM Lee's arrival and Magnum Force to strut their stuff
* 6.00pm - NRA (hip-hop) to standby at the back of the stage
* 7.15pm - NRA to sashay on stage (right after PM finishes)
* 9.00pm to 9.30pm - Song Composing Club (singing)
so please be punctual for all reporting time and do a good show on Saturday!
